Proposition 19 REAL DEADLINE is February 12, 2021. The Proposition 19 deadline says it starts on February 16, 2021, but the REAL DEADLINE is February 12, 2021. Feb. 13 and 14 are Saturday and Sunday, and Monday is Feb 15th President's Day and the BoE is off. Tuesday Prop 19 goes into effect. So if you are attempting to do any transfers before the deadline, your schedule just lost 3 days!
